Thomas Einstein |
Tom moved to Delaware form Chester county, PA 23 years ago and became a permanent resident of Fenwick Island 3 years ago. His insurance experience spans 38 years where he has worked with both large and small accounts. He has designed insurance programs for large Retail, Trucking, Manufacturing and Construction clients, some of which are well know household names. In contrast, Tom has developed a statewide program for small businesses. He is experienced in all lines of insurance and has specialized in Self Insured Plans, General Liability, Professional Liability and Workers Compensation. He also holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor.
Tom's hobbies include fishing, hunting, boating and woodworking. In his spare time he has restored 7 homes, 2 cars and 2 boats. He has 2 sons and three grandchildren. Finally, he is not related to Albert but his boat's name is "RELATIVITY". Tom works in our Bethany Beach office and can be reached at 302-539-7511
Patty Emler | Insurance Agent (Personal Lines) and Insurance Manager
Patty has been employed with Wilgus Associates, Inc. in Bethany Beach for 14 years and has held the title of Personal Lines manager for the past 4 years. Emler has served as President of Insurance Women of Sussex County in 2000 and 2005 and was designated Insurance Woman of the year 3of the last 5 years. Patty also served as the Delaware State Director for the National Association of Insurance Women International (NAIL) in 2002 and 2003. Patty’s knowledge of insurance and passion for serving others makes her a valued resource and huge contributor to the success of Wilgus Associates, Inc.
In her free time she enjoys bowling, shopping, relaxing by her pool, hanging out with friends and family and spoiling her Dauschhund, Raisin. Patty currently resides in Dagsboro with her husband John and son Sean.
Allyn Fruman | Insurance Agent (Commercial Lines)
Allyn has been with Wilgus for 10 years and specializes in group health business insurance, individual health, life, and long term care insurance. She is a Certified Senior Advisor, CSA. Her specialty is life and health insurance.
Allyn is married to Harry and they have one daughter and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys gardening, reading and of course, walking to the beach.

Jean Ellen Lyons | Insurance Agent (Personal Lines)
In 1989, Jean started in Insurance as a life clerk. In 1990 she became a licensed agent in Delaware and Maryland. She has been working in the personal lines department at Wilgus Associates, Inc. since 2001. To Jean, working in the insurance business has been a great way to help and service the public needs. Her specialty is Personal Lines.
She has been married to her husband Lionel for 40 years, has 3 children, and 6 grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and volunteering at her church.

Peggy has been working in Insurance for 7 1/2 years and 2 1/2 years with Wilgus. Her specialty is Personal Lines. Before she began in insurance, she was employed in banking.
Peggy is single and lives in Georgetown and has 3 grown children and 1 grandson. She is also a part time Mary Kay Consultant. She enjoys the beach, boating, antique stores and motorcycles.

Dottie Eakins | Insurance Agent (Claims, Payments & Proof of Insurance)
Dottie has been with Wilgus Associates for 5 1/2 years as the Customer Service Specialist and licensed agent. She finds the position very rewarding and challenging. It brings her pleasure and a sense of accomplishment when her customers say "thank you – you went out of your way to help us" and when she finds a solution to their problem or satisfy their needs efficiently. Dottie feels her position is one of importance as her demeanor with the insured's is a direct reflection on Wilgus Associates. Her specialty is Insurance and Customer Service.
She has always been in a position that has contact with people; her background includes 25+ years as an Executive Assistant, Legal Secretary and Marketing. Her husband and her are originally from the Washington, D.C area and vacationed here in Bethany Beach for 40+ years. They have always loved the beach and are pleased to have been able to build a house and move to Ocean View, DE on a permanent basis. Her favorite things are her family, friends, pets, and traveling. Growing up, Dottie was a "military brat" and traveled throughout the world and lived in many places – She is pleased to have established her roots on Delmarva.

Kenda Mitchell has worked for Wilgus Associates since January 2004 however, she became a part of the insurance department in 2006. Kenda received her insurance license in July 2006. Kenda is a member of the Insurance Women Of Sussex County. Her specialty is personal lines and customer service.

Christina Fox | Insurance Agent (Personal Lines)
Christina is a 34 local resident of Sussex County, primarily the Long Neck area. Currently, she resides in Georgetown with her daughter Tiffany and black cat Sadie! She has been working in many aspects of customer service for twenty years.
She began working in the Insurance Industry in 2003. Wilgus Associates, Inc. encourages continuous education and personal growth, with which, she has obtained The Certified Insurance Service Representative designation, CISR, in 2005 and The Certified Professional Insurance Agent, CPIA, this year, 2007! She was voted Insurance Woman of the Year 2005-2006 by the Insurance Woman of Sussex County and serves as the newsletter chairperson for that organization.
She enjoys obtaining personal polices for consumers at a value without sacrificing needed coverage's! She loves talking with the local customers about the areas changes and being the first to welcome newcomers to the beach!

Joseph Polichetti, Jr. | Insurance Agent (Commercial Lines) and Manager
Joseph was born on April 10, 1959 in Philadelphia, Pa. He moved to Delaware in 1992, has been married to Anne M. Polichetti for 22 years and has 6 children and 1 grandchild. He resides in Milford, DE.
Joe has worked in the insurance industry for 27 years. His specialty is Commercial Insuance Sales. He has successfully completed Prudential Insurance Company's Professional Development Program in 1987. He was awarded the designation of LUTCF in 1990 by the Life Underwriting Training Council. He is currently working on obtaining the designation of CIC from The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.
Joe was the recipient of the National Leadership Award from the Republican Congressional Committee. He serves as Treasurer on the Lewes Senior Citizen Center's Board of Directors.

Georgia Redmon | Property and Casualty Agent
Georgia Redmon has been an employee of Wilgus Associates, Inc. for eight years (2000). She came to Wilgus as a licensed property and casualty agent with ten years of insurance experience. Georgia's sales experience and professional customer service skills have allowed her to develop a large client base. Georgia graduated from Bauder College with an Associates of Arts degree and has a background in retail and marketing.
Georgia works in personal lines and commercial lines insurance. She is currently Delawares 2008 CSR of the Year. She obtained several insurance designations while working for Wilgus Associates. In March of 2003, she obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Representative and in April 2003, she obtained the designation of Accredited Customer Service Representative through the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers. In March 2006, she obtained the designation of Certified Professional Insurance Agent. She is currently working to obtain the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. She has worked hard obtained more knowledge through education and job experience. Georgia lives with her husband Michael, Chief of the Bethany Beach Police Department and their daughter Kayla.

Kathleen McFadden Richter | Property and Casualty Agent
Kathleen has been an employee of Wilgus Associates, Inc. for almost three years (2005). She came to Wilgus Associates, Inc. as a licensed property and casualty agent with seven years of insurance experience. Kathleen has been a Sussex County resident for about twelve years, after moving from the Washington, DC area. She has a new husband, two grown children, a daughter who resides in Seaford and her son who resides with his wife in Alexanria, Virginia and two sweet dogs. David graduated from Indian River High School in 1981 and then from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors Degree in Consumer Economics. He is a graduate of the Insurance Institute of America with a certificate in General Insurance and he obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor.
In 1992, David was recognized as the Delaware Insurance Agent of the Year by the Insurance Field Representatives of Delaware. In 1996, he was elected President of the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Delaware. In 2002 and 2004, Wilgus Associates, Inc. was recognized as a Best Practices Agency. This award is only given to the top 30 agencies in its tier group in the United States.
David has been at Wilgus Associates since 1985. He is the secretary / treasurer of the company and he serves as manager of the Insurance department. He is licensed to sell insurance in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Georgia. In Delaware, he is licensed as a Producer and Surplus Lines Broker.
