Veronica Radalin Mumford | Property Manager
Veronica brings 14 years of experience in volunteer administration, 9 of those in property management, to her role as a Community Manager for Wilgus Associates, Inc. She has received both the designation of Association Manager Specialist and Certified Manager of Community Associations from the Community Associations Institute, a professional organization dedicated to Home Owner Association Management. She covers the areas of Ocean View, West Fenwick and Dagsboro and currently manages 8 properties. Veronica is proud to be a member of the Wilgus team!

Cathy McCalister | Property Manager
Cathy is a born and raised Delawarean! She received her undergraduate degree in Business form Weidner University and her MBA from Wilmington College. Cathy joined Wilgus Assocites, Inc. Property Management Division in 2005. She has over 20 years experience in both Construction and Property Management. Cathy's employment with WIlgus Associates fulfilled her lifelong dream of "living at the beach."
Cathy manages properties from Lewes to Selbyville and has been involved from the first settlement at the Carl M. Freeman Companies Americana Bayside project. She has also been very successful in actively pursuing new business and developer relationships for Wilgus Associaates, Inc. in the Sussex County area. Her goal is to provide the best customer service available and is always willing to assist her clients in any way possible.
Cathy is an owner of video stores in Lewes and Bethany Beach. On her limited "off-time", Cathy enjoys weekends at the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Lauren Griffith has been a Real Estate Administrative Assistant for nearly 4 years, joining Wilgus Associates Property Management in 2007. She is a 2001 graduate of Indian River High School. Lauren resides in Fenwick Island with her 2 yard old daughter. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Tim Hill | Senior Property Manager and Vice President
Timothy C. Hill has 28 years experience in the real estate industry. Tim began his real estate career in the Baltimore area in 1979 as a real estate sales agent, property manager and construction contractor.
Tim moved to Sussex County in 1985 and began working at Wilgus Associates in 1986 as a summer rental agent. Tim became property manager in 1988 and in 2006 became corporate vice president. Tim resides in Georgetown Delaware with his wife Cindy and daughters Elizabeth and Mary.
