Two bedrooms and a full bath also on this level. The top floor features a second sitting area, two more bedrooms and a full bath. Located on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Campbell Place. (backs to Garfield Parkway shops). Walk to downtown Bethany or stroll the boardwalk. (Home is on stilts. 2nd/3rd floors are living space.) No smoking.

Family Vacation

This is our third year staying at 100 Campbell. This home is spacious, clean, and very close to the beach, boardwalk and town. Love the screened in porch and well kept outdoor garden. My family thoroughly enjoyed their vacation in Bethany!

Fabulous rental. Weather was a bust!
Property was just as described. Great location, amenities very nice,we had hoped for wonderful late September beach vaca, but tropical storm Ophelia had her own ideas. Layout was great for indoor fun. Would rent again without hesitation.

Beach week in Bethany, perfect house for the vacation. Great location, easy walk to everything in Bethany and the beach. House was in excellent condition and well stocked. Great parking situation also, ample space for as many cars as needed. Would definitely stay here again on future visits. As usual, Wilgus was great to deal with and covered all of our needs.

Two week vacation

First time we took a two week vacation and was very pleased with the location of this house. It was wonderful to be so close to the beach weather having your morning coffee or looking for sea shells in the evening not to mention being so close to boardwalk/town and restaurants. Really hope to rent this house again.

27 years of renting vacations homes in Bethany Beach and this home is one of our favorites. It is the perfect size for our family of 6. It is also very clean and you can't beat the location.

Perfect family beach house

We LOVE this beach house! It’s perfect for our family with little kids with it’s short walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, donuts, mini golf, everything Bethany Beach has to offer! It’s quiet, has ocean views from the upstairs windows, has a spacious outdoor shower and ample parking. There is lots of living space and we love to eat on the screened in porch. It is clean, well taken care of, and stocked with helpful appliances (laundry, coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning). We love staying at this house!

Bethany Beach House

This was our first visit to Bethany Beach and it was a wonderful experience!
The open floor plan was perfect for our toddler granddaughter, as well as the whole family. The kitchen had all the needed utensils and appliances for family dinners and the living quarters were comfortable and immaculate. Its close proximity to the beach and the town made everything walkable. Great beach house!

Perfect location and clean house

The house was clean upon arrival. It was spacious and comfortable. Being so close to the beach was perfect for our family with young kids and the outdoor shower was well equipped so we could utilize that and not bring sand into the house. The location is ideal for walking to all the downtown shops and restaurants too.
