Great Location

The location was great, close to town and the boardwalk. Generous parking. House was clean and nicely decorated. Two large picnic tables on the deck which were in the shade by evening, so we ate dinner there.

Perfect Location!

Perfect location! We have stayed in BB for over 20 years at various homes. This one is close to everything with just a one to two minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk and all the amenities. The living room is small and the furniture in the living room not the most comfortable but the beds and everything else are just right. Love the off street parking, sand yard, outdoor shower, large porches, and swing.

Great location! Just steps to boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. House appeared to have recently been remodeled and was beautifully decorated inside and out. Beds were very comfortable. There were supposed to be 4 of us staying but ended up just my husband and I. The house has 3 full bedrooms and another bunk bed space upstairs. Only two bathrooms which are small. No en-suite’s so everyone needs to use the two bathrooms located in upstairs and downstairs hallways. This would probably work for families but might be more challenging for say a group of friends.
Overall we really liked everything about the house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation
The beach home was clean and beautifully decorated. Location was the best, half a block to the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of parking space for several vehicles. We enjoyed the huge deck with two large picnic tables and umbrellas. Wilgus Associates were great to work with as well. We will definitely be renting the property again soon.

Our 2021 Beach House

This location was perfect for us. Half a block to the beach and the boardwalk. Plenty for us all to do. We vacationed with a three and a six year old the outside shower came in handy. The interior of the house was sufficient and comfortable for our family. The kitchen pots, pans, and cooking utensils could of been of a little better quality. The only other issue would be the deck furniture is extremely uncomfortable. The decks and picnic tables are awesome.
We had a dishwasher, refrigerator and door lock that needed repairs. This was taken care of right away. Actually everything was very easy to access and understand. Thank you Wilgus for a great 2021 beach vacation
