Open concept floor plan with 2 bedrooms on each floor. Nice screened porch and upper sun deck. Located 1 from the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Campbell Place. (backs to Garfield Parkway shops). Walk to downtown Bethany or stroll the boardwalk. (Home is on stilts. 2nd/3rd floors are living space.) No smoking.

-Saturday to Saturday rentals only.
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $205
-Bedding: Queen, Queen(Please note that you do need to bring or order deep fitted sheets for the 2 queen beds), 2 twins, 2 twins (sleeps 8)

Our Favorite Vacation Destination

Perfect location-one block to the beach, one block to the center of town. Park your car upon arrival and never use it until it’s time to go home. You could literally eat in a different restaurant every night and not eat at the same place twice.

Nice to be close to town, except when it’s not.

Very nice house. Great to be near town. This property backs up to the Main Street restaurants which was fine except for commercial trash trucks who emptied the dumpsters @ 4:40 am the first morning we were there, then 6:30 and 6:45 am the next two mornings after that. That said, this is a very nice house and it’s great to be so close to the beach, the boardwalk and the town. Still recommend, just better for early risers.

This house is perfect in every way-from the screened in porch perfect for people watching to the convenient location one block from the beach and one block from the center of town. The kitchen is well equipped and the two bedrooms-one bath on each floor allows for plenty of private space in addition to the common areas.

Another Beautiful Week in Bethany Beach

We love this house. Easy to walk to beach, restaurants and fun activities. Great people watching from the screened in porch and upper roof deck. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom/bathroom locations are perfect for two families sharing the space while allowing for some privacy. We rent this same house every year; it’s our little piece of heaven
