Enjoy your days at the beach, nights at the many restaurants, shop the stores, or attend the Bandstand for performances. Take the kids to Miniature pirate golf or the playground. You can truly park your car, unpack and enjoy the sun and surf. Home features 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on the main floor and a 4th bed and bath upstairs. Brand NEW kitchen for 2024, Kitchen is small but well equipped. No smoking.

-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $210
-Bedding:King, Queen, 2 twins, 2 twins (sleeps 8)
-Dog friendly (2 max). No large breeds. (50lbs or less) Dog crate available at house. $250 deposit. $100 cleaning fee.

Very tidy and up to date. Upstairs was not as well tended as downstairs.
Totally unfamiliar with TV and cannot get it to work at all. Back yard is darling and exceptionally cared for.

We had a wonderful week and have stayed in this home several times before. We appreciate all of the recent upates! Twice now though we have seen mice and there seems to be birds in the chimney.

Love the upstairs bedroom suite. Front porch furniture awful. Living room furniture ok. Outdoor showers very nice. Can’t beat the location. For an old school cottage, which we love, excellent. The only dig is the furniture. Would be nice to have another 1/2 bath. Parking great. Thanks for the parking pass.
