Large vacation home in the resort town of Bethany Beach! This is the perfect beach home for your vacation. It features six bedrooms and has a custom inverted floor plan. Five bedrooms and three baths located on the second level with an open den and wet bar, TV and nice deck. On the top floor is a very large open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living area. Half bath and master suite also on this level. Deck and screened porch and spiral stairs lead to nice sun deck. Ping pong table under house and corn hole. Only a half block to the beach! . No smoking.

Play June family vacation
A nice home in a beautiful location, a short walk from the beach. Plenty of room in the home. Kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it for a family of various ages, looking to be close to the beach.
I had two concerns, neither of which significantly impacted our family fun. The first was that the Wi-Fi router was non-operational upon our arrival. However, I immediately called Wilgus, and by Tuesday morning, a utility repair man was there and quickly installed a new router. Appreciate Wilgus handling that matter.
The second issue dealt with the general cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. The cleaning crew could’ve done a better job of making sure that the floors were thoroughly vacuumed. And there were dish towels in the kitchen with food on them that had been placed back in the drawers.
Other than those two minor issues, we had a wonderful week in Bethany Beach.

Wilgus is terrific and incredibly responsive. We’ve rented the same unit for the last four years through Wilgus. Location, location, location!,!! Unit is accurately described and photographed. Clean, well stocked kitchen (but as with most rental units, bring your own paring, chopping, carving knives).

Wonderful stay in a lovely house. Close to beach at less crowed end. Wilgus staff as always was helpful in fixing a few minor issues at house. As everyone knows there is always some wear and tear at summer rentals. I am especially thankful that Wilgus made it possible for my friend of 60 years to get to beach after his recent health issues. He could not have accessed the beach without your help. We now have 3 generations of 2 families staying at the house for several years and the elders going to Bethany for 50 years. Wilgus has been our best realtor.

We returned to Bethany Beach for our 5th consecutive year at the same location. We recommend 107 Fourth Street for anyone looking for a excellent experience at the beach. Great house beach side with easy beach access. It is also conveniently located to downtown Bethany Beach and all the businesses located there. We like to walk to the boardwalk and enter town that way.
The owners maintain the property well and Wilgus Associates can't be beat as far as rental agents are concerned.
Give 107 Fourth Street a try, you won't be disappointed!

All aspects of our vacation experience were Outstanding. Wilgus is the best in Bethany. The house is close to the beach, large, clean, well-stocked, comfortable, great parking. Just don't try to rent the first week in August.

Summer Fun In Bethany Beach

Our summer rental in Bethany Beach was wonderful. This past week was our 4th annual stay at this location. With over 40 years experience with summer rentals on the Delmarva Coast we would describe 107 Fourth Street as a top place to rent and Wilgus Associates as the best agency on the Shore. Just a few houses from the beach the walk is short and sweet. Our party with ages 9 to 89 had no problem getting over the dunes to the beautiful beach.
Located in a very quiet family oriented section of Bethany Beach this property provides a perfect mix of privacy, safety, convenience and all the things you want in a summer place.
A short walk brings you to the boardwalk and an easy stroll into town. Everything is worth the walk in Downtown Bethany Beach including food, shopping and relaxation. You can't go wrong if you rent 107 Fourth Street and we're coming back in 2023 so that's one week you can't have but try another week and you'll be glad you did.

We used to rent a little bit smaller house on the same street, but this year it was not available. That why we upgraded our-self to this one. The house is bigger and nicer. It is also pretty expensive, especially this year when all rental properties increased the price. If you can afford it, it worse renting.

Perfect rental for a family/group vacation in Bethany Beach

The Ashton aka 107 Fourth Street is a perfect choice for a group of up to 12 people. Located ocean-side it's just steps from the beach. Our family was aged 8 to 88 and everyone thought it an "easy walk" to the sand.
With 6BR and 4.5BA the accommodations are spacious and well designed. Multiple decks, a screened deck area and a rooftop deck provide plenty of outside room to spread out and relax and/ or party.
Excellent kitchen facilities are great if you enjoy cooking or a nice place to unpack your takeouts. Anything you can think of is included to prepare and serve meals.
There is plenty of parking along with an outside shower, ping pong table, gas grill, and an electric car charger on the first level ( under the house). Nice backyard area and generally "classy" set up for an enjoyable vacation.
We have rented here 3 years in a row and plan to return again and again. I think that says a lot about a place if you keep coming back, right?
