Reeves/Schott/Schaum Vacation

This is our 2nd year staying at this location. We love it. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is close to the beach and walkable. The enclosed porch is perfect for evening dinners and celebrations or for just playing games for young and old. Great vacation house for us. We will definitely rent again. And Wilgus Associates couldn\'t have been more accommodating. Such a pleasant staff to work with.

Comfortable house; sweet lication

Our second year at this house. Seems newly painted and freshened up. The kitchen is efficiently stocked and well organized. The porch is a great spot to relax. Beautiful location tucked away from traffic and busyness.

Great Vacation In South Bethany Beach

Our vacation was wonderful. We had multiple age groups from 3yrs 70yrs. The house was beautiful and the layout perfect. The screened porch was an added bonus as we celebrated two birthdays out there. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials anyone would need including the generous amount of silverware and glassware. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is quiet and easily accessible to the beach. It is also dog friendly which is a must for me. The owners allowed us to use their beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. This was a blessing as it saved us from packing it in our vehicles. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. We are in close proximity to restaurants, mini golf and the Bethany boardwalk. A short drive to Dewey Beach & Rehobeth. We had a blast this year and hope to rent again next year. Thank you Wilgus and to the owners of Dunn/25.

Clean, bright,comfortable. This house met all of our needs! Our group fully utilized the bikes, beach chairs ,etc. The teenagers especially enjoyed biking to the beach.

South Bethany Family week

Location was wonderful tucked in the woods with 15mph speed limits and friendly to walkers, bikers, dogs and small children! But easy beach access. The house was comfortable and well-maintained with well-equipped kitchen. The stove cooktop was old and difficult (burner coils uneven) but otherwise everything was in excellent condition. Wilgus managed a repair to hot water quickly and efficiently

Great for family gathering

This is a great home in a great location. Perfect setup for hanging out or walking to the beach. Owners provided a great guest book with suggestions for local dining and activities. Also great that they included access to their bikes and beach chairs.
