Great location, but...
The house was as advertised. The location was great, (obviously the most important thing in a beach house). We didn’t need a 4th bedroom, which was good because the loft bedroom with no bathroom and a spiral staircase is less than ideal. Kitchen is very small, but it was well-stocked. Unfortunately, we never used the outside shower. It is under the house, completely enclosed, just not at all inviting. The screened porch and deck were terrific. Deck furniture was new and very comfortable. The three main floor bedrooms were all fine.

Very happy. No issues, and all went as expected.
Just right for our needs
Steps from the beach, nice open living space, wonderful screened in porch, lots of light. It was a little awkward not to have a bathroom for the upstairs bedroom, but it worked out just fine for our group. Kitchen was a bit dated, but fully stocked and ready to go.

We had a great family vacation! The house location was convenient. IOt was clean and very comfortable.
I don't recommend the house for older travelers, it as many stairs and the 4th bedroom is accessible thru a spiral starcase.
