Welcome to Ocean View Beach Club, just a short mile and a half to the beach. This beautiful, newly built 5 bedroom home has a loft and 4 full baths. 3000 sq ft. Features a first floor master suite. Nice open floor plan with state of the art kitchen. There is also a wet bar off the kitchen and an additional counter high refrigerator and a full size garage refrigerator. Patio in rear. Four bedrooms, three baths and sitting area upstairs. No smoking in or on property. No loud parties or celebrations. If an event is reported to the HOA, this will result in an immediate eviction from the property and forfeiture of all monies paid.

-Saturday to Saturday rentals only (7 night minimum required)
-Military/1st responder discount 5% off rent (ID proof required)
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $300

Another great stay in Bethany

This was the family’s first stay in Ocean View and we had a wonderful time. The house at the Beach Club was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Lots of room for the children and close to the clubhouse and pool.
The Bethany area, although getting more crowded each year, doesn’t disappoint. Great beaches, restaurants, and golf courses make for a great time spent with family.
The Wilgus team was supportive in every respect.
We look forward to staying again next year!

Beautiful Stay

This rental was the most beautiful home we have rented in the 40 years we have been visiting Bethany Beach. The decor was stunning. The home was perfect for our family. The one downside for us was the distance to the beach. We have always been within walking distance so it did take some adjustment regarding access to the beach. I still would not hesitate to consider this home based on the distance since the amenities far outweighed this one concern. It was a delight to stay in this home. It was clean, the beds comfortable and the owners thought of so many little things that made a big difference in making our stay memorable.

Enjoyed especially that the drive to the Ocean was not far

This house is very nice. The beds mattresses are actually pretty good. The kitchen could use a can opener, a hand mixer, MORE pots, pot holders, a few more containers to store food in. The master bathroom could use a few hooks to hang things on. Use of the community pool is a bit costly PLUS wrist bands should be REMOVABLE so that renters do need to wear the bracelets when NOT at the pool!! We would rent again as long as the rental price does not increase very much.

Great house, but far from the beach

Loved this house, it was perfect for our family! Wish the kitchen had more cooking equipment. Since we prepare our own meals, one large pot and one frying pan wasn't enough. Great pool and kiddie pool too! The location turned out to be much further from the beach than we thought. Had to drive and pay to park. The advertised beach shuttle only ran on the all, we had a great stay!
