Great House & Great Location

First year at 204 for 7 of us. Everything was perfect (layout, size, location etc.). Enjoyed \"corn-hole\" & found convenience of umbrella to be great amenities. Took a bit to learn Roku for broadcast TV stations and to learn plethora or light switches but no problems. Planning on returning 🙂

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at 204 Maplewood. The house has a wonderful location, close to the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk! The house is well furnished and the beds very comfortable. This is our second year in this house and we totally enjoyed our stay!

We found the house to be just the right size and conveniently located. The description on the website was accurate, no surprises on arrival. Easy walk to the beach especially with the beach carts provided. Could walk to downtown BB. Kudos to BB for paths over the dunes but we couldn't use our Shibumi. Some refreshing of the house could be done, but nothing that lessened our enjoyment of our vacation time. New propane grill was great. Appliances were great. No bathmats a problem. Linen service was adequate.
Cleaning tools both upstairs and down a plus. As with most beach houses the kitchen knives were ****, plentiful but dull. Wilgus could have someone in the office on Sat. AM earlier for people leaving before 9AM. On check in people in the office friendly and competent. Emails from Wilgus, however, could have a friendlier tone. Charging a fee for forgetting an item in the house seems punitive, rather than being helpful and kind.

Stay at 204 Maplewood

Went with family (total 9) and the house was great. Location was close enough to town center to walk to, but far enough not to hear noise. Only issue was wifi was not turned on until we found router and powered on. This would not have been a big deal, but owners use Roku for TV so was unable to use since it was not connected.

Couldn't have been nicer. Unfortunately, we did not have enough guests to share the experience. Have been renting through Wilgus for decades and all experiences with the staff have been wonderful.

Great location

We booked a last minute late season partial-week and were lucky enough to find an available house so close to the beach and boardwalk. The house was comfortable and more than enough space for our family of 4. Well appointed kitchen, large comfy couch, and nice screened porch for meals on the deck. Some neighbors were a little loud, but that's the price you pay for the location! Carpets were a bit dingy, and there were some personal items left by the previous renters, but the rest of the house was clean and comfortable! We had a great stay.
