Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Toaster Oven, Standard Coffee, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher. No grill (community doesn't allow). No smoking.
Other Information:
-Saturday to Saturday rentals from 6/17-8/19. Flex bookings allowed (3+ nights) all other dates.
-Linens and towels not provided but are available for an additional fee of $182
-Bedding: Queen, Queen, 2 twins, LR: Air mattress (sleeps 8)
-Dog friendly (Additional fees apply.) $250 deposit, $100 cleaning fee. - Weight limit: 50lbs (no pit bulls-community restriction)
-Parking: 3 cars
-Applicable taxes and fees may apply.
-You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Rec Fee: $55 per person (payable to life guard for badges)
Beach shuttle runs at the communities discretion. Only use of Pavilion pool
Amenities: Outdoor community pool, indoor pool, fitness center, tennis and pickle-ball court. Clubhouse and 3, nine hole golf courses and restaurant on site.
