We always have a great experience here, which is why we've been returning for over ten years. The house is comfortable, clean and private. There's always a new improvement every year. It's in the perfect location and is the ideal size for our family.

Our favorite beach spot

This house is perfect for a family with young children (ours are now 2, 4, and 6). The kids love the bunk beds, large outdoor shower, and playing on the screened-in porch. The adults love the easy walk to the beach, the single-floor living, and the door that separates the bedrooms from the living space (it's so nice to be able to hang out at night when the kids are in bed without having to worry about being quiet!). The drive-up check in and check out is a huge bonus as well!

We had a great time on our vacation in Middlesex this year. This house fits our family quite well and it is an easy walk to the beach. It is also located very close to a nice vegetable/fruit stand.

Great Beach Week!!

We had an awesome, relaxing week at 23 Bayberry. This is our 3rd time renting the same house and we love it! It's a short walk to the beach and we are able to ride our bikes everywhere. The addition to the screen porch this year was an added bonus. The house was very clean when we arrived and the outdoor shower is my favorite!

A Perfect Stay

The house is perfect for our family. It's a great size, everything is clean and in excellent condition, and every year we notice a new upgrade. It's an easy walk to the beach, and the private, shady location is a welcome break from the sun at the end of the day. We especially love the screened-in porch!
We feel so fortunate to have found this gem years ago. We come back every summer and we're never disappointed. The worst part is having to leave.

We had a wonderful vacation stay at 23 Bayberry Rd. This was our second year at 23 Bayberry and we hope to rent the same house next year. We have 6 in our family ---5 adults and one child and this house works perfect for us. It is located at a great spot--close to the beach and close to the town of Bethany.There is also a produce stand at the end of the road which is very convenient. The house was clean when we arrived and the owner and Wilgus are very helpful when problems arise. The air conditioning unit stopped working for us and the next day it was fixed. We would definitely recommend this house.
