This charming 4 bedroom plus den beach cottage is clean, comfortable, full of charm and has 3 full baths and a very large outside shower and dressing area. Master suite (olympic queen - requires king size sheets). All upstairs bedrooms have access to one of several decks. Ground floor bedroom features 2 twins and either 2 more twins or a king. All beds are high quality and very comfortable. Outside: Large driveway with ample parking. Community tennis and marina access (west side) so bring your boat!. No smoking.

This home was built in 1971 with creosote pilings. The house has been inspected. There have been reviews of a “smell” primarily in the downstairs, bunk room area . It is EPA certified non toxic and during humid days may be more pronounced. There will be NO REFUNDS because of this smell.

-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $285

We enjoyed very much our stay at Cotton Patch. The house has a cottage feeling and it was vey well equipped.

Unique stay

Though not the best looking property, we were impressed with the amenities, layout and the convenience of the house. Ample amount of puff spaces to enjoy, more than enough sleeping and gathering spaces. Kitchen was well equipped, the house was very worn out, sadly but it was a good stay overall.

Beach week

Wonderful house, has everything needed for a great vacation. Could have been a little cleaner. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired plus they took an hour and a half after our rental time started to finish. Love doing business with Wilgus.

Cotton Patch Hills July 4th Week

Very good experience. Great location. All Cotton Patch properties have direct beach access through a network of walkways. House was well stocked and in mostly good condition. A couple of maintenance issues could be attended to, however.
