Family home, convenient for families and individuals who want to be steps away from the ocean. DECKS galore! The 2nd floor screened porch has comfortable seating and picnic table. Do not miss this one-of-a-kind beach cottage located in the prestigious community of Cotton Patch Hills in North Bethany (ocean block). This charming 3-bedroom (plus a cozy den with a double futon) beach cottage is clean, comfortable, full of charm and has 3 full baths and a large outdoor shower and dressing area. Master suite (Olympic queen - requires king size sheets). Master bath is being remodeled, new photos in May 2025. All upstairs bedrooms have access to one of several decks. All beds are high quality and very comfortable. Outside: Large driveway with ample parking. Community tennis, pickleball, and marina (west side) so bring your boat! No smoking.

Bonus – Large 4th downstairs bedroom ($500 more per week) can be added to the rental. The ground-floor bedroom features 2 twins and a king bed or 2 more twins. This family home, built in 1971 with creosote pilings, is EPA certified non-toxic. A slight smell may be noticeable in the downstairs bunk room next during humid days. There will be no refunds for this room if added to the rental for an additional $500. ***

If booking online - please note in the box on the right side to add the 4th sleeping area for $500. This also affects the linen package if taking that.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Cotton Patch. The house has a cottage feeling and it was vey well equipped.

Unique stay

Though not the best looking property, we were impressed with the amenities, layout and the convenience of the house. Ample amount of puff spaces to enjoy, more than enough sleeping and gathering spaces. Kitchen was well equipped, the house was very worn out, sadly but it was a good stay overall.

Wonderful house, has everything needed for a great vacation. Could have been a little cleaner. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired plus they took an hour and a half after our rental time started to finish. Love doing business with Wilgus.

Cotton Patch Hills July 4th Week

Very good experience. Great location. All Cotton Patch properties have direct beach access through a network of walkways. House was well stocked and in mostly good condition. A couple of maintenance issues could be attended to, however.
