Very nicely decorated three bedroom rancher in a great residential community (Clearwater) that has large communal swimming pool and tennis courts. Property is one level with nice open floor plan. One master suite with two additional bedrooms and hall bath. Nice deck off kitchen and dining area. Bike, walk, or drive. 1.5 miles to the beach. Deck. No smoking.

-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $195
-Bedding: Queen, Double, Queen, Pyramid bunk bed (double/twin). LR: Queen sleeper

Nice Little Place

Great place for a small family get away. Everything was as described. We were able to check in early which was a great bonus. Would stay here again.

Great location uncomfortable beds

We enjoyed the location since it was in a nice neighborhood, and away from any of the noise associated being with right on the beach.
That said, all of the beds were in bad shape and you can actually feel the springs in your back when trying to sleep. Additionally, the kitchen pans were all Teflon and flaking. So we don’t have high expectations for these rentals spending $150 at Walmart to get a new set of pots and pans and some kitchen utensils would go along way.
If the beds were fixed, we will definitely come back.

House was clean and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay . Location was great short drive to Bethany beach and stores house came with one parking permit for the beach my son had to pay at beach but was easy enough had meters to pay all day n was reasonable parking was available as long as you got there early enough. House had front porch small and back deck property wasn’t fenced in for our dog but I had brought a gate with me . Complex had a pool for grandkids which was good they couldn’t stay on beach all day . Overall our stay was nice location was perfect .
