A Beach Retreat for All Seasons: Perfect for Family and Friends

This beach townhouse has become our cherished retreat in all seasons. Its cleanliness, superb location, and thoughtful amenities make it irresistible, while its adaptability to every season adds charm. Cleanliness is impeccable, with meticulous care evident in every corner upon arrival. The location is unbeatable, just blocks from the beach, surrounded by dining options, shops, and attractions. Its versatility shines year-round. In summer, spacious living areas and outdoor decks are perfect for gatherings and relaxation, with a community pool nearby. In winter, the cozy fireplace transforms it into a haven for intimate gatherings filled with laughter and warmth, creating cherished memories. We will keep coming back!

It was great - house just needs a little decluttering in the kitchen and garage and surfaces in living room, foyer. Hard to find anything. Also, decks were not swept. Garbage can in kitchen broken.

Ideal space for a wonderful beach vacation

Kristi\'s house is clean, generously appointed, super comfortable. Great beds. We had a group of 6 and could have easily had many more! Fast Wi-Fi, great AC. Even closer to beach than it looks on map - there is a little trail and adorable bridge. And the pool an additional luxury. We all would love to come back.

House Really Worked for Our Multi-Generational Vacation

Our group consisted of my husband and myself in our 60's, our kids/spouses in their 30's-40 and our 5 month old granddaughter. The house was clean and all the items listed on the web site were available. The rooms and layout worked well for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the equipment we needed to cook delicious meals.
Location was great. Easy walk to the beach. Very close to the pool which was never crowded.

We had a great time during our stay in Bethany beach. The house was close to the pool and we enjoyed the pool and tennis courts as well. The house was clean and spacious.
