Welcome to the vacation of your dreams! Besides being a luxurious 5 bedroom home filled with all the bells and whistles, this home comes complete with a large "salt water" pool and separate spa (open year round). This is truly a one of a kind oasis! Argyle Lane is nestled on a quiet dead end street and is just a short walk to the sun and sand of Bethany Beach. The home has a large, grand feel with an oversized driveway perfect for a game of pickle ball (net/equipment provided and the drive is marked for play) or a fun game of basketball (net provided). The garage is filled with beach gear, pool gear, golf clubs, a ping pong table, hang out area, enclosed shower and toilet, bikes, surf boards and so much more. Inside you will find a Queen en-suite on the main level with the remaining 4 bedrooms on the top floor. Both Kings are also en-suites and the remaining 2 bedrooms share a jack-n-Jill style bath. Outside you can sit on the large deck by the gas fire pit, dine, have a refreshing beverage and all while watching the family swim. There is also an electric grill on this level. Out back you will find a fenced in back yard with lots of seating and lounging areas, a built in grill area with small refrigerator, a salt water pool (3'-6'), gazebo with spa and TV that swivels for easy viewing. Behind the pool is a small putting green (golf clubs supplied). This serene setting is just what the doctor ordered!
