Great memories again at 34 Errett

My family has been staying here for the last 4 years and have had a wonderful experience every time. The large open area between the living spaces is great for the grandkids to play.The house is set up very well for separate families.

Great time in Bethany

We've been going to this property for years and we love it! This time around we were alerted that there was a lightning strike the day before and we'd probably have to use another property. But the homeowner and Wilgus jumped on it and got the property ready to move in before we got there.

Great house steps from beach

From arrival to departure family enjoyed the well equipped house at 34 Errett. Excellent location, very comfortable beach house with just about everything you need. Would only suggest installing ceiling fans in center porch if possible.

Middlesex Giant Porch

34 Errett Road Pros: Great location. We love Middlesex Beach Clean home. New main floor carpeting. We stayed with 12 people. There was plenty of hot water. Air conditioning was very cold and worked great. Cons: The porch between the houses is INCREDIBLY hot. There is zero air flow which doesn’t make for a pleasant porch experience. We used the porch area a lot to eat and lounge and chat, and the porch is NOT conducive to that. The porch also does not have enough furniture for the amount of people who stay there. While there are two picinic tables, you can only sit on wooden benches for so long. The backyard is not usable. There is no yard area for kids to play in. The 5th bedroom is barely a bedroom. It is a super tiny trundle bed in a cupboard sized room smashed between two bigger rooms. It has no closet and a very old, very saggy bed. The closets in the main floor bedroom are basically unusable as there is a hot water tank and baby gear stacked inside so all four members of my family had to smash all our clothes into one dresser. The main floor bathroom has no exhaust fan so it gets very hot when using the shower. That bathroom is very tiny especially because 6 people were trying to use it. Overall, it could be a great, quirky location for your family, so please read the rest of the reviews.

Middlesex Vacation

Just finished our 3rd summer at this address and we really appreciate the wonderful location and the overall layout of the house. Would like to see it be much cleaner, some of the broken furniture repaired and a better grill.

Smooth.
The aspect that was very uncomfortable were the linens.
They were terrible.
Mirco polyester, or what ever the material was, does not allow for the body to breathe properly. My sleep was some of the most uncomfortable I've ever had. I would be in a quandary when I return and will as this was our fifth trip to Middlesex.
As I live in Montana bringing my own linens is not feasible.

Bethany Beach Rental

All-in-all a great experience. Short walk to the beach. Two parking passes gave our guests plenty of room to park.

A Fine Time

My family and I had a great time in this rental. It was great to be so close to the beach! The only suggestion I would make is to have more hooks installed in the bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor shower.

Our large extended family absolutely loved this beach house!

This was a fantastic house for a large family it was divided into two different sides at the house so different family groupings could be in different sides and suites. There was large very well supplied kitchen. There was a large living room. The house was very close to the beach. It was so very convenient we loved our stay. Thanks a million.

The house was a different style enjoyed by all. The center breezeway could use fans to improve the circulation. The kitchen was a good size as well as the seating area. Easily accommodated eight people. The grounds could be cleaned up a little better the outdoor shower could use a cover or a top a little too close to the other homes for not having one
