July family beach trip 2025

Overall the house was perfect! We had 10 house guests and it had plenty of bedrooms, living spaces, bathrooms and amenities. Kids area downstairs was a big hit.
Great location, central to stores, town and beach.
Pool was only a very small walk away and was family friendly and never crowded.
The Outside showers at the house and the back yard hose did not work, which was the only issue, especially when tracking back sand from the beach.
Trash cans were unfortunately two thirds full upon arrival and smelled really bad and contained maggots. They were emptied mid week which improved things, but they still smelled awful.

Bethany Family Vacation

This was a great location to the DE State Beaches. Located 15-20 minutes to almost everything you need. Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewy. Restaurants. It was nice. The only thing that occurred was that the Trash and recycling were never collected. Wilgus tried to manage the problem, but by the time I looped them in our vacation was almost over. The concierge trash collection was awful. They left all the garbage. It was over flowing and the flies were something terrible. Otherwise, it was a great house and location. Would have rented it again.

2024 Bethany Beach Family Vacation

Everything was very clean. Lots of room for our family. The kids loved the game/ bunk room �� When we arrived, we noticed there wasn't a regular coffee pot. So we called the rental office and they had a coffee pot for us☕... We love our coffee. We used the pool and the tennis courts. Family Fun��

Great house

This house was perfect!! Really close to the beach. Plenty of space for our family’s, beds were super comfy. Even had ping pong and foosball table. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

It was absolutely fantastic. The tennis court and pool were things my wife and children enjoyed very much. Lots of room on each floor. Very close to beaches as well. Would definitely do again!The only issue was, we didn't know what to do with the trash cans afterwards. We also didn't know how to pick up the key, but my wife figured it out after calling several numbers. The after hours number didn't start until 5pm, and it was 4pm. The person was sure to let us know that we shouldn't be calling that number yet. . But she was very helpful regardless. Everyone in the office left early.
