Wonderful place in Fenwick

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and convenient. There was enough space for all of us to be more comfortable through the week and not feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. Loved the access to both the bay and the ocean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Four family units shared this house for a week. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house--there was plenty of seating and areas to spread out for games, puzzles, etc. The pool area was nice and was utilized. Beach access was easy even though we had to cross the highway. There were signs and frequent enough long breaks in traffic to cross. The home was in pretty good condition--the mattresses were not as comfy as many of us would prefer and the house showed some wear. It could use a deep cleaning but beach rentals are often a bit worn. We had glimpses of the ocean and bay from the many balconies and the kitchen was well stocked. The starter kit and leftover supplies were very useful and generous. One of the units in across the street would have provided spectacular sunset views, which we were able to view from the pier area. The deck construction at the bay area shelter was badly done and several boards were not attached to the under structure, which is dangerous. We were asked to broom clean the house, but the only broom was a tiny one from Dollar Tree, so a real broom would have been more effective and a lot easier. Overall, we would probably return to this location, but try for a bayside rental. The elevator was great for unloading and for those who are unable to walk up and down stairs frequently. There are a lot of stairs.... Wilgus Associates was a great company to work with for a rental.
