Sea Colony Review

We had a wonderful stay at 4303 Tiebreaker Court. The location was perfect and convenient to everything! The little village was a block away full of restaurants, shops and the beach was just a short walk. The amenities were amazing. The shuttle was always available, the pools were close by and the fitness center was full of great equipment. We will definitely stay here again! The house was clean and had everything we needed. A+ property!

Perfect getaway!

Not only were the staff at Wilgus extremely nice, the place we rented for the week was clean, updated and perfect for 2 people! The realty staff went above and beyond by allowing us to late checkout, and any questions we had were met with friendliness. The place itself was updated, clean and had a great outdoor deck!

Bethany beach condo

Very nice, clean condo with all the amenities that we needed. Very quiet place and comfy bed provided a relaxing stay. Nice artwork on walls also

Great for Two.

The cost of this rental was acceptable.
The unit was clean upon our arrival.
The parking could not have been better.
The bathroom was very small but adequate for just two and the same for the kitchen.
The kitchen could use a few more items.
The fitness center was really nice but you have to buy a pass to use any of the Sea Colony pools or other facilities. ($45.00 times 2)
The unit was just right for two, but no more than.
The furniture was comfortable, and the bed was OK.
We had a nice relaxing stay.

Perfect for our needs, quiet, and comfortable w/ enough space

We loved staying here. It served us well b/c we couldn't be with our family this year in a large beach house setting. We could join them but spend quiet early mornings and nights here. Rest was needed for heart healing. Very small toilet/bath area but suffices. Overall cleanliness very good w exception of a used, nasty item in trash can in bathroom. We loved the place. Thanks!
