Freshly painted Main bedroom with private bath and deck. Second bedroom with 3 twins and full tub bath are upstairs. WIFI/Cable, Microwave, Blender, Toaster oven, Standard coffee pot, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Charcoal grill, Enclosed Outside shower and fenced in yard. No smoking. Whole house water filter and kitchen water filter, Air purification system for whole house. Community salt water pool and tennis/pickleball court.. Bikes provided for an easy ride to the beach or boardwalk. Plenty of beach accessories for your pleasure.

2 weeks in Bethany!

As always, Bethany did not disappoint. We enjoyed two weeks in our rental townhouse at 430 Bethany. Everything was clean and ready upon arrival. The owner was very kind to help us with July 4th planning, since we’ve never stayed over the holiday. The walk-ability to downtown Bethany was one of our favorite things to do. And the pool right outside the front door is always a fan favorite for the kids!

First time renter with Wilgus. Property was well maintained, convenient to the beach and boardwalk, and given the peak season, was a fair price. I’d rent from Wilgus again. Very professional in check in/check out as well. Get the linen package!

Watson/274 is Great!

We have rented this unit for 20 years and have always appreciated the responsivness of the owners, it's cleanliness, and the upgrades that have been made over the years. This year we were pleasantly surprised to see new living room furniture, reupholstered dining chair, and a new coffee maker. The unit is close to everything we want to do and away from most street noise which provides a nice and relaxing environment. We love sitting out on the screened porch and the second floor porch.

Family vacation 2021

We had a great week at this property. Two adults and two small kids. The house was clean and had many amenities needed for a week at the beach. The community pool was a great added benefit for the kiddos. Pool was clean, well maintained and never crowded. We enjoyed the porch and outdoor shower. Also the location, being close to downtown and within Bethany proper limits. A longer walk to downtown, especially with small kids. But certainly walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Internet is spotty, so be prepared if you need to work or stream anything. And the master bed could use a new bed frame, as it squeaks with every single move. Just small details but does not change our overall experience. A great place!
