LUXURY!! Beautiful home with many custom upgrades just 1.5 miles to the beach. This two level home has over 3200sqft and all the bells and whistles including a fenced in yard and a great patio space. Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths on the main floor and 1 bedroom, full bath and loft space on the second floor. No smoking in or on property. No loud parties or celebrations. If an event is reported to the HOA, this will result in an immediate eviction from the property and forfeiture of all monies paid.

-Saturday to Saturday rentals only (7 night minimum required)
-Winter Rental: $2400 month + utilities.
-Military/1st responder discount 5% off rent (ID proof required)
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $275
-Bedding: King, Queen, twin, Queen, Loft: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 11)

Fantabulous Vacay Rental!

This vacation rental has it all! What a beautiful layout and roomy enough thru out! Thank you for ALL the extras and beach decor. The outside patio offered pleasant evenings and dining outside. The linen rentals were very plentiful and comfortable. We could not have found a better home for our family in Bethany. Thank You!
