Our first time renting in Sea Colony was terrific. So many options for my kids and grandkids. I got the Linen package and there was a few issues there. It was missing when we arrived and then some of the sheets were mismarked so needed to be returned the next day. Also Wilgus tried to charge me for a second week of linen rental when I was only there 10 days and never asked for a second set to be delivered. We washed the original set as needed. That was also cleared up

Excellent stay at the Sea Colony

We had a lovely stay in this Sea Colony townhouse. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the home had plenty of amenities. It is also very close to the Sea Colony tram, Aquatic Center and Fitness Center. The dishwasher had broken before our arrival and the owner promptly had a new one delivered over the July 4th holiday, which the management company quickly installed! I would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Beach rental review

Nicely decorated beach rental with comfortable beds and sectional sofa.
The steps were a problem for us due to our two year old grandson being with us. The fact that one can only receive two parking passes is a significant problem.

Sea Colony 2021 Vacation

Our stay at Sea Colony was very relaxing & enjoyable!! Our only complaints were several light bulbs were burnt out & the door lock was very difficult operate! The condo was comfortable & clean! Would definitely recommend & would love to return!

Dusty

I suspect we were the first renters in a long time. The place was very dusty. The screened-in balcony was filthy. We had to clean before we felt comfortable.
