My husband and I spent a wonderful week in this
really nice Sea Colony unit.
It is a very spacious and livable layout with all new features throughout. Having stayed in many different SC units over the years, we really appreciated the updated kitchen and baths, doors, and flooring. It is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well organized with good equipment. Very clean throughout.

Very clean and comfortable common spaces. Everything was in good working order. One bedroom had very soft comfortable beds. The mattresses in the smaller bedroom were very firm and not as comfortable, but sufficient.

Perfect Destination

review Date 9/3/23 /03/2023 We love Sea Colony, Bethany Beach. We’ve been coming here for 15 years. It’s the perfect destination for families with young kids. This was our first time In Chesapeake House and it was very nice. The condo itself is similar to all the others, traditional 2-bedroom condo. It didn’t have the 3rd den like some but it was plenty spacious. It’s been recently updated which was nice and the view was gorgeous. Two minor issues, the beds in the master weren’t the most comfortable and the master bath tub wouldn’t drain proper. A bottle of Drano would fix the problem. Overall, though, it was very nice and we stay there again.

Nicely Decorated

7/10/23 We had a very nice stay at 604 Chesapeake. The condo was decorated well and very comfortable. It is a great location with nearby elevator, pool and beach access and parking spot. The view of ocean was also great! Easy check-in process too. While the kitchen had many dishes and glasses, it would have been nice to have some basics like salt and pepper and a few dishwasher tabs and garbage bags to get us started. If you rent this condo, it would be best to bring those items with you. We have rented other condos where these sorts of items were already present which is an extra special touch. Never fun to deal with on vacation but issues with sink and dishwasher were immediately addressed. Overall, nice stay!
