We’ve been vacationing on the Delaware Beaches for over 40 years. Our family had grown and moved around the country, but every year we come back to DE! This home accommodates a family made up of all ages - plenty of space to be together or enjoy different gathering places. Kitchen is well stocked-bedrooms are perfect for all ages- short walk to the clean and uncrowded beach. Working with Wilgus makes our vacation stress free and pleasant. They take care of the details so you can relax!

Perfect layout and location for our extended family vacation at the Delaware Beach! The kitchen had everything you’ll need if you choose to eat in! Wonderful screen porch! Thus hone has always been very clean when we move in - and no problems with anything! Private, guarded beach with lots of room to spread out! Quiet neighborhood but close to local amenities!

Stayed in this house for the 2nd time (rented another house in same neighborhood for several years). Spacious house, quiet neighborhood, beautiful beach. Kitchen needs some re-stocking (short on wine glasses, some old pans should be replaced) and porch needs to be cleaned (stained cushions and floor). Otherwise, a lovely place to spend the week.

This house is laid out to accommodate our extended family without being crowded. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware - plus 2 dishwashers & 2 refrigerators! The house was clean and in good repair. Quiet location with a short walk to the uncrowded, guarded beach. Perfect for a family like ours that spends all day on the beach and evenings on the screened porch!

Perfect long weekend and kick off to summer

A group of friends and family have been coming to Bethany for an extended Memorial Day weekend trip for more than 20 years, and this house made this year one of the best yet! The bedrooms were big, the 2 living spaces, 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers were all a hit, and the boardwalk access to the beach meant that older kids could go back and forth to the house and parents got 10 or so minute breaks! Perfect for multiple family vacations.

We had a lovely time. Plenty of space, beautifully designed and most things worked properly. Suggestions move the fire alarm away from bathroom bc they were so sensitive that every time someone took a shower an alert went off to every other alarm including in rooms where a sleeping baby and peeps taking naps. It upset the other kids every time they wanted to evacuate. Could use plastic dishes/cups for children. The outdoor shower was off and the heater/ac unit downstairs was broken. That said Willis did a great job of getting some one out to fix unit. The house overall served our needs well. We had a wonderful time . Thank you!

Great Family Beach House!

Our first time at this home and it was great! 9 adults and 6 children from 16 weeks to 11 years - there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well supplied with lots of dishes, glasses and cookware- 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! All beds and furniture were comfortable and the house was clean and tidy. Evenings spent with family on the screened porch were fun and relaxing. Short walk to the uncrowded guarded beach. It was our 6th year at SeaDel.... We plan to be back in 2020!

Good Times At A Perfect Location

We were surprised at the upgraded kitchen which was a big plus. The floors do need to be re-grouted. Two deck chairs by the family room all had massive holes in them. There were a couple of holes on the screen of the screened in deck. Beds had sand on some of them. Cleaning service people seem to be cutting corners. The carpets were not cleaned properly, especially the steps leading to the upstairs. Popcorn under the coffee table. Other that this, the house was perfect for our family. Love the two dishwashers, refrigerators and the trash and recycling compartments. What a great idea!! We enjoyed our stay at the house. Hopefully we will be back next year!!

A wonderful beach home!
We enjoyed a week's vacation at your lovely home. House was clean and proximity to beach was terrific.
The only criticismI have is the quality of the mattresses (with the exception of the two king beds). The beds were very firm and quite uncomfortable. Probably would not have been an issue for a child but adults sleeping in those beds were uncomfortable. Otherwise a wonderful week spent in Bethany. Thanks for sharing your home.
P.S. Also wish there was a guest book so that we could describe our week to subsequent renters and offer our appreciation to the home owners.
