Great location, very quiet and private. The property was well maintained and lovely decor. Wilgus was responsive and wonderful to work with for renting the condo. I do think it is important to mention the assigned parking spot is under the garage between the cement wall of the condo and the garage pillars. Our Honda odessey van could barely fit in the spot and our mirror had to be pushed inward to get past the pillar to fit. My husband had to get out through the passenger side to exit the vehicle since he pulled into the spot. This was very inconvenient and I wanted to mention in case other potential renters had large vehicles. Although I know you can park in unassigned spots at sea colony having to do so can be very inconvenient during high volume times of the year. On our last night my husband could only find an open unassigned spot near island house which is on the opposite side of the ocean front condos. Overall we loved our stay and the condo and definitely recommend it!

August at Brandywine

First visit to Bethany Beach was great! We really enjoyed the location—super close to pool and beach! Home offered plenty of space for our family of 4. We loved the beach decor and primary bed was quite comfortable. The best part was the 15 minute walk to town and the boardwalk shops. You could easily walk to most restaurants in town. We will definitely return to BB in the future!

Great Experience

We had a great time at this unit. Easy pool and beach access and the amenities were wonderful and so many options within walking distance. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed, including plenty of sleeping spaces, beach cart and chairs and even beach toys for the kids.

Nice place- great reservations and check-in experience

Very nice unit on the sidewalk level of the community. The staff at Wilgus were extremely helpful and courteous during the reservation and check-in process. Would definitely repeat.

Brandwine 104 Garden Unit

We really enjoyed our stay, even though we did not have an ocean view, but the garden units. The place was immaculate, very nicely furnished and everything in perfect order.
