Wonderful View from Comfortable Home

Wonderful view of the ocean from the many windows in the well appointed and lovely living space. Modern renovations, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. A place to enjoy the beach. Very quiet in the winter.

Sea Colony Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at 410 Dover House. The kitchen and bathrooms were brand new and very lovely. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and cutlery. The view was great and we found sitting on the side balcony was much easier in the morning because of less sun and nice breeze. We enjoy eating at Cottage Cove across the street and we like the convenience of CVS and Dunkin Donuts.

Wonderful updates!

This is our 3’rd visit, love 2.5 baths to easily sleep our daughter and her husband ‘s family including 2 teens. We were delighted to find major renovations completed since our 2022 visit. Our favorite was the open kitchen with gorgeous island. We had such easy conversations from living room to kitchen all week. Major bath with walk in shower made good use of every inch of space., Thanks for locker use too!

Great week at Sea Colony

410 Dover was our home for a week the second year in a row. The unit has bedding that is perfect for our 3 generations together. 2 and 1/2 baths helps the 8 of us get ready for our evening out quickly. The unit was clean and has a nice collection of “extras”. Books , puzzles, boogie boards around the unit.

Great Oceanview unit

Wilgus called us as promised to let us know our unit was ready early. Convenient drive through to pick up and drop off keys. Unit itself was a bit dated and kitchen items not great. Pyrex glass bakeware weirdly stored under end table. But unit size was nice and the location and view made up for the minor deficiencies.

Unit fit our needs perfectly

This was our 30’th annual visit. Each day we met up with 27 siblings and children in front of edgewater on the beach. We love the chair/umbrella,service that is available to us. This unit was located on 4’th floor and the side so We could easily see the group from our balcony and also keep an eye on our teen age grandchildren at the Edgewater pool. The unit had beachy colors and all rooms had ceiling fans. Beds were comfortable. We will return to this unit and have never repeated before! Sea colony , Ocean Side provides such a nice walking family friendly environment. By the end of our week our grandchildren took tennis lessons and want to stay on tennis side too. I like the ocean views that 410 Dover provided. The new pickleball courts and clinics are a good addition to the many tennis courts. We love seeing people walking everywhere on the safe walking paths on the tennis side,

Beautiful condo. Spacious. Great great location. Pool awesome. Beds not comfortable. Could have done better job cleaning. Kitchen and bathroom floors dirty.
